SPINNING

Lately my newest gym obsession is CYCLING!
It all started a few months ago at my gym, chelsea piers, in NYC.
I normally run, swim and do weights but Ceesie wanted to spice up his gym life and tried something different and so I went to my first cycling class ever.
I felt in love with the heavy/sweaty class from the beginning. Spinning classes are a great way to burn a lot of calories, you can burn up to 800 calories in 50 minutes: MAJOR!
I have to admit it's extremely heavy but you feel amazing when you leave the class.
Try it, I'm sure you'll love it.

  4. The good thing about Spinning is that you can make it as heavy as you want! I used to do the spinning classes at the Health City club in Ghent and I felt very satisfied about it. However, I haven't tried it anymore since last summer but this post encourages me to start again.
